Tuesday May 18, 2021
Brad began his career as an US Army Ranger with 3rd Battalion, 75th Ranger Regiment and saw combat in 1993 at the Battle of Mogadishu before taking the 'long walk' and becoming an operator with 1st Special Forces Operational Detachment–Delta (1st SFOD-D)and ultimately retiring with twenty years of service.

In May 2017 he and Jason Everman (former member of Nirvana who was also an Army Ranger and Delta Force Operator) decided to form the band Silence and Light and donate all of their proceeds to nonprofits supporting veterans.
Brad joins Robert Gowin, John Waters, and former Delta Force teammate Chris VanSant (also on this podcast as a guest and occasional cohost) to talk about his career, veteran challenges, and why Silence and Light is so important to him.
