Blake Cook is an airborne infantryman who served in a unit of the US Army's 82nd Airborne Division during the Global War on Terror (GWOT). While out on a combat mission, his vehicle hit a massive 500 lb. IED. He shares his story and how he nearly took his life one evening. He has now made it his mission to save others from heading down the same path.

Matt is an active duty Green Beret NCO who served with 7th Special Forces Group (Airborne) with multiple combat deployments and Eric is an active duty Civil Affairs NCO who served with the 82nd Airborne and other units at Fort Bragg, NC with several combat deployments. Both are currently working for the US Army Special Operations Recruiting Battalion to enlist active duty soldiers into SOF.

Our identity comes from having a purpose in life. At times we may feel like we've lost our sense of purpose, our direction, and that we are going through the motions of life around us. Our purpose lies deep inside us, and when we find that purpose, it gives our life greater meaning. Perry Yee served in the US Navy within Naval Special Warfare as a member of the Sea, Air, and Land team (SEAL). He found his purpose and his passion after struggling with post-military transition.

The Military Assistance Command Vietnam - Studies and Observations Group, also known as SOG, and the heroics of these men during Vietnam are nothing short of incredible. A secret 8-year war in Vietnam was fought outside of the conventional war by SOG and their indigenous troops in Cambodia, Laos, and North Vietnam from 1964 to 1972. These missions would later be described as suicide missions.
John Stryker Meyer entered the Army on 1 December 1966. He completed basic training at Ft. Dix, New Jersey, advanced infantry training at Ft. Gordon, Georgia, jump school at Ft. Benning, Georgia, and graduated from the Special Forces Qualification Course in December 1967. After a 12-week training session in Ft. Gordon, on radio teletype, Meyer landed in South Vietnam in April 1968, and arrived at FOB 1 in Phu Bai in May 1968, where he joined Spike Team Idaho.
